She had a great time. She is probably relieved to escape from me for a few hours a day. Here she is playing at the sand table with her best friend Jillian and her new friend Sophie.
Laura is the brunette in case you are confused.
Here is a sample of Laura's handwriting at age 3 yrs, 11 1/2 months. She wrote her name with a little help on the 'R' from her teacher.
Oh, Laura and I did get into a little trouble while Tom was away. Laura decided that she needed nail polish on her toes. Is 3 too young? I don't know. I thought she would pick purple, but she picked a very mature looking red. Oh well. I think it looks pretty. Tom was only a little annoyed.
I don't want to leave Jessica out, so here is a picture of her admiring herself in the mirror. She is up to 4 teeth now!
I apologize for my comments not being as witty as Tom's. I am just trying to form coherent thoughts. That is enough of a challenge this morning.
Oh, I almost forgot! While no one broke into our house while we were in Canada, someone did steal part of our down spouts for scrap metal I guess. I think that is pretty lame. If you are going to steal, you might as well make it worth while. Go for the tv or computer or something. Laura's tricycle is probably worth more than the scrap metal. For that matter, steal the man hole cover on the corner by our house! That has to be worth more than two little aluminum elbow pieces.
