Poor Sally had to fend for herself with two not-so-cooperative children since my leaving tomorrow for Alaska prevented me from going home or them coming down to visit. So everyone be sure to be extra nice to Sally when you see her.

Cherry Blossom Festival
After a week of rain, I finally had a nice day to see the Cherry Blossoms. Of course, everyone else had the same idea as me, so it felt more like Disney World than DC. These are the days when it pays to be tall enough to see over everybody.
Poor Sally had to fend for herself with two not-so-cooperative children since my leaving tomorrow for Alaska prevented me from going home or them coming down to visit. So everyone be sure to be extra nice to Sally when you see her.
