Laura and Jessica Meet Their Baby Brother

The girls' first visit with their new baby brother could not have gone better. Sally read them all books together. Jessica offered Alexander her favorite rag baby when he cried. Laura showed him the welcome card she made at school today and also colored a few pictures for him. And Jessica kept showering him with hugs and kisses. I'd like to think this is a sign of harmonious things to come, but it may just be a side effect of promising the girls Panera for dinner after we left the hospital :)
